Are we becoming a “Educated Impotent”!!!?

As all you know our IT/eS industry is a blue eyed young and attractive sector which provides shelter for millions of people who work 14 hours a day to make a career. There is no doubt this industry has given a opportunities to people without discriminating with cast creed or minority title. Here talent and headwork is the only criteria which has helped millions of middle class people to outperform.
However this rosy industry comes with lots of thorns.. be it working hours , flashy outlook, high standard of living, high inflation and weak growth with less increments making people life miserable .Off late every individual who is in this sector is facing a fear of recession and lay off.. There is no guarantee that his job will be there by tomorrow.

We are becoming  “Educated Impotent” !!Situation is becoming worst day by day. You will understand in a while why this world is so apt for the present moment. Though we are a talented pool of educated community everyone is easily exploiting this sector. from the Auto wala to Builder to House made to retailer every one is exploiting to the core, and the irony is we are alway in the receving end inspite of most talented, hardworking educated group. We do not have the power to withstand them or fight for our rights look at this:

Government takes 30 % tax from you without giving any priority.. Not even priority for gas connection or Telephone. House owner loves you as you are a soft and gentleman.... He exploits you to the core in the name of painting, parking, water, deposit , tax what not!! What can you do nothing!!

You are in search of school admission of your kid… He first ask your financial status !! which company you work, As what? … he is least bothered about the talent your kid has , he wants high donation (which he think you can pay as you earn in $) that too in Cash!! And bluntly says “we don’t give any receipt for this !! “What can you do nothing !! your tax paid hard earn money has become black in the hands of school owner (in India School is highest rewarding business)

You buy Pigeon hut called apartment for the rate of Mansion spending all of your life time saving +pledge yourself for next 15 years .., he dictate terms , he agrees on one thing and does something , What can you do Nothing !!


I can give such hundred examples where on a daily basis we are taken for ride and we really can’t do anything no one comes forward. Today situation is so bad that every other business is depending on the $ exchange we bring into the country however we are victimized every walk of the life. Its high time educated so called highly paid crowed realize this and come together and form an Association and fight for their right.

Any way... I have taken a  tiny step towords fight againest and form an Association for skilled labor to fight all this injustice.. let me see how it takes shape.. if you feel you are also one  among me and have a strong desire to fight !! plz join me and  comment and connect with me .. together we will buid a powerful knowledgeable institute which could have a bargaining power against all the odds.
